CAH devices are used in boxless and boxed automatic molding lines for molding with continuous sand separation from castings. They are suitable for a wide range of cast iron with various susceptibilities. Shake conveyors operate at high frequencies from 1000 to 1500 revolutions per load of 4.5 to 5 g. Depending on the casting method, conveyors are equipped with transverse or longitudinal slit grids or perforated plates. The drive is usually induced by exciters, which can be located inside, above, or below the device. Thanks to the above-mentioned excitation system, construction work can be carried out from above. Vibration conveyors are individually designed for a foundry depending on the shape and dimensions of the mold and the production requirements. However, for production that requires frequent model and casting program changes, so-called VARIO type CAV vibration conveyors are used. Form-filled boxes are transported to the knock-out station, where under the influence of its dynamic collisions with the vibrating grate grid mounted on elastic supports, there is destruction of the mold and initial cleaning of the casting from the molding mass.
