The aim of the project is to introduce a product innovation (handrail system) to the market to meet the specific needs of people with functional limitations, as a result of a professional design process and the purchase of the fixed assets necessary for implementation.

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of Adjatech Metalworking by developing a new technology for the production and corrosion protection of innovative wall cladding. As a result of the development of the new technology, it will be possible to significantly improve the product offered, i.e. decorative aluminium tiles.

“Preparation for the implementation of innovative technology for the production of castings at Adjatech Metalworking Sp. z o.o.” as part of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme 2014 – 2020, Measure 1.2.
Objectives and planned results of the project: As a result of the project, the company will prepare for the implementation of an innovative production technology enabling the targeted implementation of innovative products such as modular shafts. The company will carry out development work, i.e. perform a demonstration phase and validation and verification of the manufacturing technology of innovative castings using the die-casting method.
The project runs from 01.02.2017 to 31.03.2018.

Project objectives: Undertaking of export activities by the company and the desire to distribute the company’s foundry service and products to the target foreign markets, i.e. Germany, France and Italy.
Planned effects of the project: Increase in employment in supported enterprises – target value is 3 FTEs. Number of enterprises active on international markets – target value is 1. As a result of the project, the Applicant will establish business contacts with potential partners, which will translate into an increase in orders in the company. Sub-measure 2.3.3: Internationalisation of National Key Clusters
The main objective of the project is to increase the internationalisation of 40 enterprises operating within the National Key Cluster by 30.06.2020, which will be achieved through the implementation of an integrated comprehensive internationalisation programme tailored to the needs of the companies and carried out by the Coordinator for the benefit of KKK members.
Specific objectives:
To strengthen the knowledge and potential of CCC member companies;
Strengthening the competitiveness of the KKK offer on international markets;
Strengthening cooperation between CCC companies by animating new joint projects;
development of the CCC by attracting new companies;
incubating joint investments, including those based on innovation.
As part of the project, the coordinator for the benefit of cluster members will organise:
7 economic missions, including to Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, the USA and Norway;
3 conferences devoted to new markets in accordance with the destinations of the GDP economic missions;
seminars/training devoted to preparing entities participating in economic missions for overseas expansion;
54 international trade fair events;
a consultancy service related to internationalisation.

Activities related to internationalisation will be complemented by intensive marketing activities consisting, among other things, in the issuing of a joint KKK promotional catalogue containing the full offer of the cluster with material in several different languages, a web campaign and business meetings.
Cluster members will receive guides to markets issued successively before each of the mission trips specifying the socio-economic conditions of a given market, legal regulations, tax regulations, customs of establishing business relations, political conditions.
