We manufacture installations for the purification of coolant in centralised systems as well as in unitary systems, the so-called side-by-side systems. In addition, our range includes a number of mobile units dedicated to wet or dry filtration.
Chip management
CONVEYORS FOR EXTRACTING AND REMOVING CHIPS FROM MACHINE TOOLS
The chip conveyor is used to transfer metal scraps, debris and other processed parts from production machine tools. It is designed for long-term operation in industrial environments, CNC machines and can be adapted to various production applications. They are characterised by high productivity (good working speed) and reliability, allowing for higher quality and comfort in the factory. The machines are available in different sizes, are made of good quality materials and have many technological solutions to meet the requirements of each customer. Some popular types of equipment include belt conveyors, roller chain conveyors, magnetic conveyors, and screw conveyors. By being easy to operate, the control of the equipment is simple and offers many applications on the production floor.
Mist separators
OIL MIST SEPARATOR FOR CNC MACHINE TOOLS
An oil mist separator is a device used to remove oil particles from the air. They are typically installed in industrial facilities, such as factories and warehouses, where machinery and other equipment use oil for lubrication purposes. Oil mist separators remove oil droplets from the air before they can harm workers or damage the surrounding environment. These devices are able to significantly reduce harmful vapours and protect workers in, for example, CNC machining operations from complications, as it is during the various machining processes that unwanted production waste is generated. Oil mist separators work by combining mechanical filters and coalescing media to separate oil particles from the air stream. These particles are then collected in a tank or container, which can be emptied periodically or as needed.
CNC pumps
A-RYUNG COOLANT PUMPS FOR CNC MACHINE TOOLS
We offer pumps from the Korean company A-Ruyng. These units are found in most Asian CNC machine tool manufacturers such as Doosan, Hyundai, Samsung, Hwacheon, as well as in HAAS machine tools. Among others, we have submersible, self-priming, centrifugal and trochoidal pumps. The pump is designed in such a way that heat exchange between the motor and the pump is reduced to a minimum.
